Rita started yoga in her mid 30s to help her cope with the stress of raising four kids and relieve lower back pain. At the end of each class she was amazed at the natural high yoga gave her. After only a few weeks she noticed that her body was becoming toned, strong and flexible. Now as she approaches her 50th birthday, she is in the best shape of her life. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and is a Certified Yoga Teacher, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Raw Foods Transition Coach. Craig originally came from the gymnastics world, but branched out into running, biking and weight lifting. His fitness level was superior, but he suffered with constant lower back pain. He took his first yoga class in his late 40s and was, in his own words, “very humbled.” Over the past 10 years, through the practice of yoga Craig has been able to heal his back, increase his flexibility, maintain his strength and reduce his stress.
